Had an issue when installing new systems at Eco Water - could have been due to how W10 Default Profile was modified...?
From the Forum:
1) disable kaspersky self defense
Open kaspersky from the desktop or system tray
In the main kaspersky windows select settings. (The little gear in lower left of window)
Select Additional in the Settings
Select Self-Defense
Uncheck Enable Self-Defense

2) run regedit and look for the key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\KasperskyLab\AVP17.0.0\environment
(Perhaps the version number is different on your pc)
Select that key
From the regedit menu, Edit, New, String Value
You will see a new entry named New Value #1. rename this to DisableWelcomeTour
Double click that entry and change the value to 1

3) Repeat step (1) except now check Enable Self-Defense to re-Enable it.

I did have to adapt your suggestion for my particular setup so I include the details here for anyone with similar specs.

OS version: Windows 7 Ultimate SP-1 64-bit
KIS version: KIS Multi-Device 2017, v17.0.0.611.0.1645.0 (e), GB English, installed via "Startup.exe" stub loader / installer, downloaded directly from Kaspersky website

I completed the same steps as suggested by CycleOps above, except that I had to create the new String Value 'DisableWelcomeTour' under this key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\KasperskyLab\AVP17.0.0\environment

One reboot and all worked fine, with no more appearances by the 'Quick Tour' dialog.
