  1. From Notes Administrator, do a fixup, updall, and compact of the database
  2. If that doesn't fix it, do the following:
    1. Down the server
    2. From a command prompt, (d:\Domino) run the following IN ORDER:
      • nfixup fullpath\filename
      • nupdall fullpath\filename -r
      • ncompact fullpath\filename -C
