To install on a Host machine so that it can be controlled remotely:
1. Go to http://remote.krtservices.com and click on Unattended Access
2. Check the box next to I trust the organization above...
3. Click the [Download] button
4. After the file downloads, run it and and accept all of the defaults
5. On first launch click [Confirm] to allow access
6. CONTACT KURT AND LET HIM KNOW SO HE CAN ASSIGN ACCESS TO THE HOST SYSTEM

To set up a computer so it can remotely connect to others ("Client" computer):
1. Go to https://www.splashtop.com/downloads
2. Download and install Splashtop Business Access
3. Log into the application
4. The first time you log in, an authorization email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Click the link in the email, then log into the Splashtop Business program again.
