1. Log into WebMail as the person who will be unavailable

2. In the upper-right, click on the Gear icon, and then click on Mail


3. Under Options, click on Inbox and sweep rules, and then click on the + under Inbox rules
4. Give the rule a name, set the condition to It's received within a specific date span, set the begin and end dates

5. Set the action to Forward the message to... and set the recipients
6. Verify all of the appropriate recipients are listed, and click on Save 7. When completed, click on [OK] 8. Verify the conditions of the rule and that it is turned on
