Log into WebMail as the person who will be unavailable
2.
In the upper-right, click on the Gear icon, and then click on
Mail
3.
Under Options, click on
Inbox and sweep rules
, and then click on the
+
under
Inbox rules
4.
Give the rule a name, set the condition to
It's
received within a specific date span
, set the begin and end dates
5.
Set the action to
Forward the message to...
and set the recipients
You may have to expand the sidebar and specify
Directory / All Users
before you can find the right person. When you've found them, click the
+

Verify all of the appropriate recipients are listed, and click on
Save
7.
When completed, click on [OK]

Verify the conditions of the rule and that it is turned on

Done!
