If you are Remote Printing files from QuickBooks and experiencing part of your document being cut off or receiving an error saying the file is blank, please try the following steps:

Close and exit QuickBooks
Click this link (http://dlm2.download.intuit.com/akdlm/SBD/QuickBooks/QBPDF/QuickBooksDesktopPDFTool.exe)
Run the downloaded executable file
Re-launch QuickBooks
Print using Splashtop Remote Printer
