Malware protection updates and scans

Kaspersky Anti Virus - scheduled 1 a month
Spybot - Immunize

Review and modify Backup methodology

Perform a random file restoration

Clear Temp and clean Registry again (CCleaner)
Hard drive maintenance

Evaluation of free space
Scan the drive for errors
Defragment files (schedule Defraggler)

Clean up Start Menu & Recent Programs
Re-enable screensaver password
Re-enable System Restore
