Company is registered and I originally used the LiveID spm@krtservices.com I tried to get kurt@krtservices.com going instead and jacked some things up. spm@krtservices.com did not appear to be associated any more. kurt@krtservices.com didn't seem to have all the competencies that spm did...
Called Support 8/25/11 to regain access with the spm@... email address. Case ID #: 8363960
Once these come up for expiration, I'll have to make sure I regain access under the proper account.
STATUS: Both accounts are now associated with the Organization and Location ID's, the kurt@ account has access to downloads and is the primary Administrator
