  1. Bullet formatting
    1. Typically goes: Roman Uppercase, Alphabet Uppercase, #, Alphabet Lowercase, Roman Lowercase, after that you're on your own - be creative. Example:
      1. Something
      2. Something
        1. Something
        2. Something
          1. Something
          2. Something
            1. Something
            2. Something
              1. Something
              2. Something
  2. If the form is to be printed, all Tables should conform to these specs:
    1. This is not WYSIWYG, print it to see what it will look like or use the [Preview] feature on the Print dialog box (seems accurate)
      • Alternately, create a single-cell table that constrains the width of the data
    2. Margins should have a left table-margin of .5, and should be set as Absolute
    3. The entire table should be no more than 7.5 wide
    4. Additional commands are available from the Table pull-down menu that don't show up in properties or context menus.
    5. Remember that Blue shows as black when printed BW, use Red or a lighter color
  3. Catagorize everything as appropriate, don't use "Miscellaneous" for everything
