Update Client
Configuring and implementing a sub-account login to restrict access from the update client:
  1. Log into No-IP account and go to Manage Domains
  2. Modify
  3. Create the Host that will be used and save it with [Add Host]
  4. Go to “Manage Groups“ under the “Hosts / Redirects” section on the sidebar.
  5. Click on “Add A Group“ to create a new group and name it, Specify the host(s) they'll be allowed to update and [Confirm Changes]
  6. Set Password for the group
  7. Install the client and log in using the group authentication you just set up:
  8. Set the client to Require a password to modify hosts - use the same password used for the group.
  9. Change the client Preferences to Enable a system service...
  10. Close the client and Exit from the Tool Tray - the service will continue to run
