Work in progress!!

Install from %Local Util Volume%\Notes\R6.5
Select "Single User Install"
Install to existing Program and Data directories (C:\Notes and C:\Notes\Data respectively - if not, check w/KT)
Once installation is complete launch Notes and wait for it to process the upgrade tasks
Replace the design of the local copy of users Mail DB with the Mail R6.5 template
Replace the design of the local copy of users Personal NAB with the R6.5 Personal Address Book template
Go to File/Preferences/User Preferences, select Replication and specify Do not encrypt locally
Upgrade the Folder design of the Mail db

Open the local copy of the users Mail db
Go up to Actions, and choose Upgrade Folder Design
Choose to do an automatic upgrade of the folders.

Configure Archiving
SEE NEXT LINE!!! ~~Make their Mail db a template and refresh design of their Archive from it (Start on Step 2~~ ~~-->~~)

MAY NOT BE NECESSARY!!! FOLLOW THE BELOW STEPS AND GIVE FEEDBACK TO KT:

Send an email from the user to themselves
I usually copy the doc from the InBox view and paste a couple extra copies of it.
Select the test doc (or one of them) and select Actions/Archive/Selected Documents from the Actions pull-down menu
Test if the initial archive upgraded the Archive db's design appropriately by following the steps in Step XII below.

Remove template status from mail db and Inherit From... on the Archive
Verify Archive functionality -->
Perform a full Replication, verify sucess of all db's
